Leads complex residential and commercial AV integration projects from installation through commissioning. Oversees field technicians, schedules work, manages timelines and workflow, performs advanced programming and troubleshooting, integrates AV, lighting, HVAC, security, and networking systems, and ensures quality, client satisfaction, team performance, and project margins. The role also includes stakeholder communication, technician mentoring, and technical leadership.

Provides on-site and remote IT support, troubleshoots hardware, software, network, printer, phone, and connectivity issues, and manages computers, Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, email, VPNs, and endpoint protection. Handles onboarding and offboarding, maintains inventory and documentation, coordinates vendors, and supports reliable business operations. The role requires independent work, prioritization, strong communication, and professional IT experience in a small-business environment.
