Lead hands-on credit-risk analytics: validate anonymized enterprise data, build PD/delinquency/scorecard models, establish model-validation and documentation, define features in SQL/dbt/Python, prototype a natural-language insight layer, and lead a small delivery pod while presenting findings to executives.

Lead foundational data-engineering work to validate and re-engineer pipelines for an anonymized, centralized credit data lake. Harmonize schemas across entities, build dbt models and tests, implement data-quality suites (Great Expectations), entity resolution, anonymization controls, optimize Spark/Glue jobs, orchestrate pipelines (Airflow/Step Functions), and produce documented, feature-ready datasets and runbooks for a regulated UK/Ireland lending environment.

Identify and validate high-value AI use cases for financial services, lead discovery workshops, build ROI-driven business cases, map and redesign workflows, define technical requirements and acceptance criteria, prototype solutions with no-code tools, implement AI governance and ontologies, and ensure business-aligned delivery and compliance.
