Provides onsite clinical oversight for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments and supports the Spravato esketamine program for patients with treatment-resistant depression and related mental health disorders. Collaborates with clinical and operational teams while maintaining appropriate psychiatric care standards. TMS certification and training are provided.

Leads electrical design and development for NeuroStar medical devices, including embedded controls, power delivery, analog and digital circuits, prototyping, testing, simulation, documentation, and production support. Partners with manufacturing, EMC laboratories, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, quality, and regulatory compliance. Supports sustaining engineering, root-cause investigations, technical project leadership, and mentorship of other engineers.

Provides onsite clinical oversight of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments and supports the Spravato esketamine program for patients with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health conditions. The role requires a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification or eligibility, an active Virginia license or ability to obtain one, and DEA registration or eligibility. TMS certification and training are provided. This is a flexible part-time position without nights, weekends, or on-call duties.
