Partners with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to expand market presence, uses CRM reporting for data-driven decisions, ensures compliance, and maintains a field presence requiring travel up to 70%.

Lead electrical design and product development for NeuroStar medical devices, including embedded controls, power delivery, circuit design, simulation, prototyping, testing, documentation, and sustaining engineering. Collaborate with manufacturing, EMC labs, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, quality, performance, and regulatory compliance. Mentor engineers, support root-cause investigations, and guide products from concept through commercialization.

Manage and grow existing healthcare customer accounts, drive utilization and revenue, identify practice growth opportunities, support clinical partners, maintain CRM forecasts and expense reports, and collaborate with sales and clinical leaders. The role includes consultative selling, healthcare account management, extensive territory travel, and development toward future sales leadership.
