Manage prior authorizations, referrals, appeals, extensions, and reauthorizations for mental health treatments. Review clinical documentation against payer requirements, communicate with insurance carriers, coordinate peer reviews and medication access workflows, maintain accurate records in healthcare systems, and partner with case managers and clinical teams to support timely patient care.

Provides onsite clinical oversight of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation treatments and supports the Spravato esketamine program. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner evaluates and manages patients with treatment-resistant depression and other mental health disorders while collaborating with clinical and operational teams. The role is part-time, 1099, and has no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. TMS certification and training are provided.
