Administer in-app engagement tools, monitor KPIs, manage data integrity, and drive automation and AI-enabled efficiency. Partner cross-functionally, deliver project implementations, communicate status to leadership, and indirectly manage and coach contributors to improve adoption and operational outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time and on budget. Manage dependencies, risks, schedules, and stakeholder communication; use Agile practices, SDLC governance, and analytics to drive decisions and continuous improvement across GTM areas.

Design, build, and optimize ETL/EMR data pipelines on AWS using Hadoop/Spark/NiFi/Python. Ingest and transform source data (SQL Server) into the Titan data lake, evaluate new architectures (Snowflake, Debezium, Kafka), resolve production/data quality issues, and support CDK customers.
