Leads global U.S. and international payroll strategy, operations, compliance, controls, technology, accounting, and vendor governance. Oversees accurate payroll delivery, tax and statutory reporting, SOX controls, reconciliations, audits, systems integrations, automation, and complex compensation programs. Builds and develops payroll teams, advises senior leadership, partners cross-functionally, and drives scalable operating models, transformation initiatives, risk management, and organizational change.

Designs, configures, administers, and optimizes Workday Recruiting and connected talent acquisition technologies. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, vendors, Legal, and Compliance to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve recruiting processes, manage integrations, build reports and dashboards, resolve system issues, maintain data quality, and support governance. Leads or supports technology initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, change management, and stakeholder training.

Executes and improves HR operational processes across employee and contingent worker lifecycles. Supports Workday and VNDLY systems, audits worker data, manages integrations and testing, resolves operational issues, and ensures contingent workforce compliance. Partners with HR, Legal, IT, vendors, and business leaders to implement process improvements, maintain documentation, and deliver accurate, consistent HR services.
