Provide day-to-day end-user IT support and endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and Linux. Administer MDM and IAM/IDP systems, enforce security and HIPAA/PII compliance, manage SaaS apps and hardware inventory, perform L1/L2 network troubleshooting, and automate IT tasks via scripting. Maintain documentation and support a diverse user base in a fast-paced production environment.

Designs, deploys, operates, and monitors campus and data center networks, including switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, NAC, high-speed HPC fabrics, fiber infrastructure, and zero-trust connectivity. Automates network configuration with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash; manages observability, incident response, maintenance, compliance, documentation, hardware inventory, vendors, and 24/7 on-call readiness.

Designs, builds, and operates data center, server, storage, HPC, and GPU infrastructure. Responsibilities include hardware procurement and lifecycle management, power and cooling design, bare-metal provisioning, automation, Linux and Windows administration, monitoring, capacity planning, maintenance coordination, incident response, compliance, and technical documentation. The role requires hands-on work across both data center operations and infrastructure engineering, including 24/7 on-call readiness.
