Teams at Neuralink

Build and operate a robotic test fleet for Neuralink’s surgical robots. Develop component test rigs, fixtures, sensing, logging, and automated verification and validation workflows. Diagnose failures across mechanics, electronics, firmware, and software; collaborate with simulation and HIL engineers; and convert failures into repeatable regression tests. The role requires hands-on robotics experience, hardware troubleshooting, test automation, instrumentation, and disciplined evidence-based release judgment.

Own Neuralink’s robot Hardware-in-the-Loop test system, including automated integration, timing, fault, and bring-up testing. Build CI pipelines combining software-in-the-loop, HIL, and hardware acceptance tests with reproducible logs and traces. Define coverage and release criteria, debug failures across software and firmware, reproduce escaped defects, and close verification gaps for surgical robots.

The Preclinical Study Coordinator supports the Study Director in managing GLP-regulated studies, coordinating schedules, documenting data, and ensuring compliance with protocols.
