Analyze court and jury management workflows, document business processes and requirements, and translate operational needs into solutions for Product and Engineering teams. Lead customer workshops, interviews, configuration, testing, deployment, demonstrations, training, and user acceptance testing. Create JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, specifications, and training materials while providing subject-matter guidance across concurrent software implementation projects.

Leads QA and application delivery across Tax & Licensing and Short-Term Rental platforms. Manages distributed employees and contractors, owns release and deployment processes, builds unified QA pipelines, expands test automation, establishes DORA delivery metrics, and reports release health and risks. Partners with engineering and product leadership while evaluating AI-assisted testing tools and developing team capabilities.

Own day-to-day execution of Neumo’s unified information security program across multiple business units and legacy environments. Lead GRC, AppSec, Cloud/Vulnerability, and SecOps teams; standardize tooling and processes; manage SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, FedRAMP High, and GovRAMP roadmaps; oversee audits, assessments, evidence collection, remediation, vendors, and authorization milestones; and report risks, status, and resourcing needs to the CISO.
