The Senior Accountant manages complex accounting areas including fixed assets, taxes, payroll, goodwill and intangible assets, lease accounting, debt, reconciliations, and monthly close. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, financial reporting, technical accounting research, audit support, compliance filings, and process improvements. The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP proficiency, independent judgment, and the ability to supervise or support staff accountants.

Perform end-to-end, integration, system, user acceptance, and automated testing for software applications. Create test strategies, plans, documentation, and automated test cases; execute tests; assess results; and track defects through resolution. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, identify risks, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with engineering and development teams. Support product implementations, training, technical escalations, and quality assurance oversight across project workstreams.

Performs high-volume on-site scanning and document preparation for historical and vital records. Responsibilities include handling and tracking originals, operating and troubleshooting scanning equipment, entering inventory data in Excel, reviewing image quality, correcting scanning errors, meeting production schedules, and following confidentiality and data-handling protocols. The role requires repetitive work, attention to detail, occasional lifting of 30–50 pounds, and work in warehouses, records facilities, and offices.
