Serves as deputy to the HR Director and advises managers on employee relations, performance, attendance, conduct, investigations, and collective bargaining agreement interpretation. Drafts policies, job descriptions, and manager tools; supports training and development; and prepares matters for executive decision. Applies consistent, documented HR practices across the organization while working remotely with occasional regional travel.

Provides administrative and staff support for a behavioral health organization. Responsibilities include clerical coordination, customer service, communication, document and scheduling support, and following organizational policies and procedures. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, and performed onsite in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
