Provides person-centered planning and develops individual service plans for individuals with severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Links, coordinates, and monitors services through Assertive Community Treatment. Works primarily weekdays with some evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and daily community travel. Requires strong organization, communication, active listening, and time-management skills, along with a related bachelor’s degree and relevant mental-health experience.

The Senior Risk Manager will lead Network180’s enterprise risk management program, coordinating risk identification, assessment, monitoring, analysis, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning across clinical, operational, financial, legal, regulatory, technology, and other domains. The role supports high-severity investigations, regulatory compliance, safety and quality improvements, stakeholder training, and cross-functional initiatives. It is primarily remote with occasional onsite work and regional travel.

Provides peer-based support to individuals using mental health and substance use disorder services within an Assertive Community Treatment program. Models recovery, coping skills, and crisis planning; helps clients navigate behavioral health services; and supports culturally diverse communities. The role is full-time, primarily weekday, in-person, with some evening and weekend work. Daily travel throughout the community is required.

Provides intervention services as part of a community-based crisis response team serving clients and families. Responsibilities include psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis; crisis intervention; clear communication during stressful situations; culturally responsive service delivery; rotating on-call coverage; and community-based work. The role requires a rotating schedule, weekend and holiday availability, reliable transportation, Michigan licensure or eligibility, and collaboration with diverse clients and families.

Provides outpatient psychiatric services support through chart preparation, discharge planning, screenings, referrals, and direct or phone-based client assistance. Supports clinic operations and psychiatric staff while addressing complex client needs involving mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. The role requires professional assessment knowledge, ethical practice, clear communication, cultural competence, computer skills, and collaboration in a full-time in-person clinic setting.

Provides medical coding and billing functions to support accurate reimbursement for behavioral health services. Conducts Coordination of Benefit audits at external provider agencies, safeguards confidential provider information, and maintains billing accuracy. Works remotely Monday through Friday with some in-person meetings within Kent County. Requires strong computer, organizational, detail, insurance, and communication skills, along with medical billing experience and reliable transportation.

Provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for assigned patients, while delivering services to selected Network180 providers. Works full-time, 32 hours weekly, Monday through Friday during normal business hours, serving individuals with mental health, substance use, and developmental disability needs.

Coordinates person-centered planning and develops Individual Plans of Service for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides ongoing linkage, coordination, and monitoring of mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. The full-time hybrid role includes client meetings throughout Kent County, Monday through Friday, and requires strong communication, active listening, organization, and time management skills.
