Own company-wide People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee support, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, PEO coordination, payroll and HR platform evaluation, process documentation, workflow automation, and employee experience. Provide onsite office support in San Francisco by managing supplies, vendors, interviews, events, and offsites. Partner with leadership to maintain accurate employee data and support performance management and culture initiatives.

Own client IT accounts and serve as the senior escalation point for complex identity, MDM, networking, cloud, and SaaS issues. Build and rebuild infrastructure, administer Okta and MDM platforms, manage Mac and Windows environments, develop automation workflows, support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and lead client communications. The role also contributes to documentation, compliance readiness, process improvement, and technician development.

Provide technical support to clients, configure devices, manage IT assets, develop documentation, and facilitate IT shipments while ensuring strong client relationships.
