Support Client Management by communicating with clients, scheduling meetings, assisting with proposals, onboarding, and analyzing service/financial data. Assist marketing with content creation, social media visuals, photography, video editing, and promotional materials.

Provide day-to-day IT support for clients: password resets, troubleshooting servers, workstations and networks, document procedures, manage tickets, and assist senior engineers on projects and implementations.

Design and implement hybrid Azure and on-prem infrastructure projects including AD and file server migrations, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), networking, SAN/NAS storage, VDI, Microsoft 365 migrations, backup/DR, documentation and client-facing delivery.

Provide advanced onsite L2 systems engineering for NYC Metro clients: troubleshoot and administer Windows servers, Active Directory, networking, Exchange/Office 365, Azure, firewalls, virtualization, backups, NAS/SAN, and vendor hardware while documenting procedures and mentoring engineers.

Work directly with SMB clients to discover operational inefficiencies and design incremental AI and automation solutions deliverable in 30–90 days. Lead client workshops, define scopes and SOWs, quantify ROI, build repeatable service offerings, evaluate emerging tools, and present business-focused recommendations to leadership.

Provide L2 escalation support for MSP clients: troubleshoot and maintain Windows servers, AD/GPO, networking, firewalls, backups, Microsoft cloud services (Azure/365/Intune), email security, and vendor hardware. Guide L1 engineers, document procedures, assist project engineers, and occasionally perform onsite work in the NYC metro area.
