Provide white-glove onsite desktop, network, and infrastructure support for executives and staff at a real estate management client. Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and desktop environments; administer Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, and MFA; support financial applications; collaborate on escalations and IT projects including migrations, network design, and disaster recovery. Maintain tickets, documentation, asset inventory, and compliance with IT standards and security requirements.

Support Client Management by communicating with clients, scheduling meetings, assisting with proposals, onboarding, and analyzing service/financial data. Assist marketing with content creation, social media visuals, photography, video editing, and promotional materials.

Work directly with SMB clients to discover operational inefficiencies and design incremental AI and automation solutions deliverable in 30–90 days. Lead client workshops, define scopes and SOWs, quantify ROI, build repeatable service offerings, evaluate emerging tools, and present business-focused recommendations to leadership.
