Provides concierge-style support to high-net-worth clients and financial advisers through phone, chat, and email. Manages queries end to end, explains investment and platform information clearly, develops strong product knowledge, resolves problems, and delivers polished client experiences. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Product teams in a supportive hybrid environment.

Lead and develop a software engineering team to design, deliver and operate secure, scalable cloud-native systems. Influence architecture, champion DevSecOps, automation, observability, integrations and continuous improvement while partnering with Product and stakeholders.
