Lead business analysis for Workday Financials with emphasis on fund accounting, transaction flows and Accounting Centre journal automation. Document end-to-end data flows, design automated accounting rules, define integrations, support Prism Analytics reporting, review solutions, and enable UAT, change and training with Finance and Technology stakeholders.

The role involves partnering with leaders to manage employee relations, performance, and workforce planning, using data insights for improvement initiatives.

Lead development and implementation of procurement strategy and operating model. Partner with stakeholders for supplier selection, negotiation, onboarding, and supplier risk assessment. Ensure procurement aligns with regulatory requirements (APRA/ASIC), data protection, KYC/AML. Improve supplier governance, monitoring, and commercial decision-making to balance cost, risk and long-term value.
