Build a greenfield Physical AI platform spanning edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing safety products. Responsibilities include real-time event ingestion, storage, multi-tenancy, access control, AWS infrastructure, DevOps, operational dashboards, compliance analytics, scoring workflows, and AI agent features. The role requires full-stack flexibility, direct customer engagement, rapid iteration, and end-to-end ownership from problem definition through deployment and measurement.

Leads and develops a Customer Success team serving strategic enterprise customers. Owns onboarding and adoption strategies for deployments exceeding 1,000 vehicles, executive stakeholder relationships, business reviews, customer health, retention, expansion, and ROI realization. Establishes scalable success processes, governance frameworks, KPI reporting, and data-driven recommendations while coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations. The role also manages enterprise risks, team performance, organizational growth, and customer advocacy, with travel of up to 30%.

Own the end-to-end vehicle data product roadmap from on-device CAN/J1939/OBD-II capture through the Vehicle Data Service. Define schemas, OEM integrations, ADAS integrations, and alert decoration. Produce PRDs, work with hardware/embedded/CAN/data engineering, partner with internal PMs, monitor data coverage and decode accuracy.
