Designs and owns secure, scalable AWS infrastructure for greenfield builds and migrations. Leads systems architecture, disaster recovery, networking, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, security, and cost optimization. Develops automation in Python and Bash, supports services in Java or Node.js, evaluates AI-assisted engineering tools, leads client architecture workshops, manages incident response, and mentors engineers.

Own day-to-day IT operations for a global remote workforce, including end-user support, device and access management, onboarding and offboarding, internal systems administration, security controls, compliance audits, process automation, vendor management, and asset tracking. The role partners with Compliance, Engineering, DevOps, and HR to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure while supporting growth and regulated-industry requirements.

Owns strategic enterprise accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion, executive alignment, and measurable ROI for AI deployments. Leads multi-year technical and business roadmaps, complex implementation programs, stakeholder engagement, risk resolution, and executive presentations across Fortune 500 organizations. Requires strong commercial, CX, contact center, technical integration, negotiation, and influencing skills without direct authority. Frequent client-site travel is expected.
