The Senior Product Manager will oversee the product strategy for Autonomous Agents, defining functionality, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring effective deployment and monitoring of AI agents across channels.

Build and own key UI modules for a high-usage B2B SaaS platform: translate designs into reusable components, implement front-end build and test systems, collaborate with backend, data science, and DevOps teams, and optimize UI performance and scalability.

Design and implement production-grade agentic AI systems and platform components that generate enterprise agents from messy source material. Architect agent workflows (reasoning, tool use, retrieval, guardrails), build evaluation and RAG/embedding systems, diagnose performance issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable AI agent features in AWS.
