Build and maintain Snowflake and dbt data models, transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets, ensure data quality, and establish semantic layers and trusted business metrics. Manage secure data access, documentation, metadata, lineage, and governance across Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled tools. Improve model performance and scalability while contributing to agile delivery and adoption of emerging data-stack and AI-assisted development practices.

Lead business development and sales to establish Netlight's Amsterdam office: find and win new clients, manage engagements, match consultants to projects, and build relationships within the tech community while supporting office growth and local operations.

Work with clients to design and deliver software and technical solutions across fullstack, backend, data, cloud, AI, and DevOps. Collaborate in teams, shape products, and drive implementations while growing professionally with mentorship and coaching.
