Netlight Benefits Overview

A three-evening technology development program for women and gender-diverse final-year Master’s students graduating in 2027. Participants complete hands-on workshops and projects in software development, data, dbt, APIs, and AI agent coding. The program also covers consulting skills, business sense, sales, networking, and career development, with individual coaching from Netlight consultants. Attendance is required at three on-site events in Stockholm in November 2026.

A three-session career development program in Oslo for women and people of marginalised genders studying technology-related fields. Participants complete hands-on software development and data workshops, develop consulting and presentation skills, build a case project, improve their CV and interview readiness, receive career coaching, and network with Netlight consultants and fellow students.

Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor scalable software systems for client organizations. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers across distributed systems, APIs, data, cloud, and user-facing applications. Use AI-assisted development and integrate AI or LLM capabilities into products while working directly with clients in a collaborative consulting environment.
