Own relationships for 120+ SMB accounts, managing engagement, product adoption, renewals, and smaller expansions. Track account health, renewal forecasts, usage data, and customer outcomes; identify expansion opportunities and share feedback with Product. The role requires customer outreach, objection handling, commercial conversations, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent follow-through, with mentorship for developing account management and negotiation skills.

Own the marketing operations foundation across automation, CRM, product data, analytics, attribution, lifecycle programs, reporting, experimentation, email deliverability, integrations, governance, vendors, and budget. Build scalable systems and self-service measurement that connect user activity to activation, conversion, and revenue. Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and RevOps to improve customer journeys and operational quality while evaluating AI-enabled capabilities.

Own corporate finance processes including monthly reporting, forecasting, annual planning, scenario modeling, KPI reporting, and department budget tracking. Build and maintain three-statement operating models, improve financial tooling, automate close and forecast workflows using AI, and advise leadership on capital, headcount, and business decisions. Partner with department and go-to-market leaders while translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.
