The role partners with founders, People, and Operations to improve hiring processes and policies. It is designed for a sharp, detail-oriented recent graduate or recruiting coordinator who wants to build a career in startup operations.

Support the CEO exclusively by managing her calendar, travel, inbox, Slack, communications, and preparation for high-stakes meetings. The role requires independent prioritization, polished interaction with investors and executives, document drafting and proofreading, and reliable availability during demanding travel schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends. The assistant will also identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and may grow into a strategic executive business partner.
