Lead the Service Desk team and oversee daily IT operations, including KPI and SLA performance, policies, escalations, hardware inventory, procurement, scheduling, and organizational change. Manage team development through feedback, performance reviews, onboarding, offboarding, vacation tracking, and development budgets. Serve as a subject matter expert for workplace technology tools and coordinate cross-departmental responsibilities.

Own product strategy and roadmap for mobile platform capabilities, including core functionality, native components, reusable standards, and scalable app capabilities. Collaborate with business, UX/UI, and engineering teams to align user and business needs. This is a full-time freelance B2B assignment, remote from Poland, working CET hours for an initial six-month project with possible extension.

Develop software in Java while initially focusing on automated testing capabilities. Build and maintain E2E and regression automation using Selenium and Playwright, contribute to product development, and work within CI/CD, code review, and continuous delivery processes. The role is full-time, fully remote, freelance, and aligned to CET working hours through the end of 2026.
