Teams at Netguru

Develop and maintain customer-facing web applications using TypeScript and React. Collaborate with backend engineers, PMs, and UX designers in Agile teams. Apply testing, clean architecture, and code-quality standards. Monitor production systems and contribute to CI/CD processes for long-term projects.

Identify and acquire new clients for Netguru through outbound prospecting. Manage full sales cycle from outreach and qualification to negotiation and closing. Engage senior decision-makers, build pipeline, collaborate with delivery teams to prepare proposals, and maintain CRM and sales forecasts.

Manage executive client relationships, drive multi-service adoption (design, engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, managed services), build account business plans, identify expansion whitespace, lead large pursuit/RFP orchestration, track satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure commercial performance.
