Lead development of a cloud-based network management platform, including scalable web and mobile applications, real-time dashboards, network visualizations, device integrations, monitoring, configuration management, alerting, REST APIs, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture. The role requires full-stack development expertise, enterprise networking knowledge, cloud platforms, network protocols, databases, security, DevOps, and infrastructure automation experience.

Own and grow NETGEAR’s enterprise channel business in Germany by recruiting and developing partners, hunting new networking opportunities, managing account plans, negotiating high-value deals, forecasting revenue, and building executive relationships. The role focuses on switching, wireless, and cloud-managed solutions, requires strong German IT-channel connections, and involves regular customer engagement with 50%+ travel across Germany.

Own NETGEAR’s shared AI and LLM platform, including model routing, evaluation, observability, cost optimization, security, and scalable APIs. Drive adoption of AI coding assistants across engineering and develop AI agents and automations for business functions. Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, establish enablement standards, lead architecture and delivery, mentor teams, and measure productivity, reliability, and cost outcomes.
