Designs and implements aiming, weapon handling, procedural animation, animation graphs, and state orchestration systems. Establishes technical standards, diagnoses quality issues, drives cross-team delivery, and evaluates live-operation results. Provides matrix leadership and mentorship for animation technical artists while balancing quality, performance, maintainability, and production needs.

Lead product discovery, roadmap and feature planning for internet/gaming products. Research market trends, monitor competitors, analyze user feedback and product data, drive iterative optimizations, user growth strategies, cross-functional promotion, and product monetization to maximize value and revenue.

Lead cross-border corporate transactions, M&A, investments and divestments; draft and negotiate TMT and commercial contracts; advise on FinTech, blockchain, AI and regulatory issues; manage and mentor legal teams and external counsel; establish contract standards and support group corporate functions.
