Localize and transcreate Simplified Chinese game text into natural English; manage terminology/style guides and translation memories; perform LQA and defect tracking; review translators; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure culturally appropriate content and on-schedule delivery.

Responsible for developing market operation strategies for the Steam business ecosystem, optimizing product operations, and ensuring compliance of game transactions.
