Lead the definition and implementation of stylized character art, create high-quality character concept designs, produce style guides and templates, finalize in-engine character visuals, review vendor work, and mentor junior artists to ensure consistent, high-quality character art across the game.

Provide global privacy legal counsel across NetEase's international businesses: maintain privacy frameworks, advise on product privacy-by-design and AI compliance, manage DPIAs and cross-border transfers, draft and negotiate DPAs, support incident response and regulatory notifications, train employees, and coordinate outside counsel.
