Assist global sales teams throughout the software and services sales cycle. Responsibilities include qualifying accounts, responding to RFPs and RFIs, resolving technical issues, configuring products, developing and delivering demonstrations, presenting to customers, supporting account teams, and traveling worldwide to customer sites.

Leads strategic account sales for Netcracker’s telecom software, cloud, and services portfolio. Owns opportunity development through deal closure, develops account strategies, builds executive client relationships, negotiates agreements, and delivers sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Partners with internal sales, product, operations, IT, and PMO teams while providing market intelligence and customer insights.

Manage day-to-day accounting for the Serbian legal entity: payroll for 100+ employees, supplier and intercompany invoicing, VAT and income tax filings, month/year-end reporting, liaison with tax/statistical authorities, cash planning, and preparation and presentation of annual financial statements in line with Serbian law and IFRS.
