Provide legal counsel on information security, privacy, and compliance for software, AI/SaaS/cloud, and professional services contracts. Negotiate security/privacy terms, liaise with commercial, security, sales, and technical teams, ensure contractual alignment with internal controls and global regulations, and develop standard contract language and playbooks for telecom/ISP customers worldwide.

Designs and delivers IP/MPLS and SD-WAN network automation solutions for B2B telecom services. Responsibilities include creating technical specifications, implementing YANG models and automation workflows, integrating controllers and NMS/EMS platforms, validating requirements, executing PoCs and pilots, supporting RFPs, estimating effort, and collaborating with architects and customers. The role also contributes to OSS service design and AI-enabled network automation products.

Coordinates regional and global marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, customer meetings, and virtual programs. Manages event logistics, vendors, collateral, registrations, campaigns, lead follow-up, budgets, invoices, and reporting. Maintains CRM and marketing databases and supports email campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage. Conducts market research, manages promotional inventory, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and external partners to improve event execution and demand generation.
