Execute and oversee unloading, stocking, order pulling, truck loading, merchandise inspection, recordkeeping, store transfers, vendor returns, and safety procedures. Resolve receiving issues with department managers and billing inquiries with Accounts Payable. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe receiving department while meeting quality and accuracy goals.

Leads daily warehouse, transportation, inventory, fulfillment, delivery, quality, food safety, staffing, vendor coordination, and cost-control operations for a fresh produce wholesaler. Manages warehouse and driver teams, improves routing and inventory accuracy, reduces spoilage and errors, ensures timely deliveries, tracks KPIs, and builds practical processes for a growing business.

Manages front-end store operations, including cashier supervision, scheduling, training, performance management, customer complaint resolution, POS troubleshooting, transaction approvals, cash handling, inventory returns, safety compliance, and security procedures. Assumes assistant or general manager responsibilities when needed and ensures customer service standards and company policies are consistently followed.
