The role requires physical labor, data entry, forklift operation, organization, and collaboration with Accounts Payable and department managers.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable records using SAP or similar accounting software, QuickBooks, and Excel. Analyze financial data, prepare accurate documentation, prioritize multiple tasks, and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines. The role requires strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills, along with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

Manages front-end store operations, including cashier supervision, scheduling, training, performance management, customer complaint resolution, POS troubleshooting, transaction approvals, cash handling, inventory returns, safety compliance, and security procedures. Assumes assistant or general manager responsibilities when needed and ensures customer service standards and company policies are consistently followed.
