Maintains accounts payable and receivable records using SAP Business One or similar accounting software, QuickBooks, and Excel. Organizes financial documentation, analyzes data, solves accounting problems, prioritizes multiple deadlines, and collaborates with team members to deliver accurate work. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, along with at least three years of relevant experience and authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including online orders, product listings, inventory, deliveries, customer service, reporting, and process optimization. Lead e-commerce associates, provide training, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate complaints, and implement strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitable sales. Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, IT, and customer service teams while analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.

Drives trade marketing programs across retail stores, chains, and distributors. Responsibilities include developing in-store visibility materials, coordinating promotions and activations, managing vendor co-marketing, supporting sales enablement and new account launches, tracking SKU distribution, supporting trade shows, and analyzing program performance to improve execution and ROI.
