Maintains accounts payable and receivable records using SAP Business One or similar accounting software, QuickBooks, and Excel. Requires strong attention to detail, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, along with at least three years of relevant experience and authorization to work for any U.S. employer.

Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including online orders, product listings, inventory, deliveries, customer service, reporting, and process optimization. Lead e-commerce associates, provide training, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate complaints, and implement strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitable sales. Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, IT, and customer service teams while analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities.

Drives trade marketing programs across retail stores, chains, and distributors. Responsibilities include developing in-store visibility materials, coordinating promotions and activations, managing vendor co-marketing, supporting sales enablement and new account launches, tracking SKU distribution, supporting trade shows, and analyzing program performance to improve execution and ROI.

Provides enterprise IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Configures operating systems, tests and deploys software and hardware, evaluates system enhancements, supports users through remote desktop connections, documents system changes, writes user instructions, and trains users. The role also administers sales reports and client activity for the IT Support team while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Achieve sales KPIs within an assigned territory by selling products, assortment, shelving, displays, and merchandising initiatives to retail decision-makers. Develop fact-based sales presentations, monitor territory performance, identify opportunities, implement solutions, enforce contracts, coordinate third-party merchandising providers, and manage storage facility inventory and product rotation. The role requires independent work, frequent store visits, physical activity, and the ability to drive and walk for extended periods.
