Tracks KPIs including traffic, sales, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, retention, and engagement to improve acquisition, customer loyalty, and marketing ROI.

Manages caviar vendors, ordering, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, customer service, product education, reports, promotions, tasting events, and departmental staff. Maintains product quality, sanitation, compliance, and displays while collaborating with store management, headquarters, marketing teams, restaurants, and event partners.

Develops and executes in-store marketing campaigns, category promotions, seasonal activations, and vendor marketing programs across a retail store network. Coordinates promotional mechanics, trade marketing calendars, POS materials, store execution, vendor partnerships, and shopper engagement initiatives. Monitors campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, vendor participation, and marketing ROI, providing recommendations for optimization while collaborating with category managers, store teams, and vendors.

Drives trade marketing programs across retail stores, chains, and distributors. Responsibilities include developing in-store visibility materials, coordinating promotions and activations, managing vendor co-marketing, supporting sales enablement and new account launches, tracking SKU distribution, supporting trade shows, and analyzing program performance to improve execution and ROI.

Provides enterprise IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Configures operating systems, tests and deploys software and hardware, evaluates system enhancements, supports users through remote desktop connections, documents system changes, writes user instructions, and trains users.
