Create personas, service maps, wireframes and rapid prototypes; run design sprints and workshops; collaborate with researchers and developers; ensure accessibility, security, version control and hosting best practices; mentor other designers.

Design, build, and automate CI/CD pipelines and development infrastructure; implement IaC and configuration management; operate cloud, container, logging and monitoring services; improve release processes and apply cybersecurity measures while collaborating with development and testing teams.
