Leads complex public-sector programmes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, risks, and dependencies. Builds senior client relationships, manages multidisciplinary teams, oversees commercial and financial matters, and identifies account growth opportunities. The role also requires stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction management, and participation in bids and business development.

Creates and publishes social media content, manages online communities, builds audience distribution networks, analyzes performance data, monitors trends, and develops relationships with influencers, content creators, and online communities to improve engagement strategies.

Designs, develops, and deploys production-grade GenAI and LLM applications for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, APIs, backend services, and evaluation frameworks; optimizing AI systems for performance, reliability, latency, and cost; implementing testing, monitoring, observability, security, and responsible AI practices; contributing to architecture; and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders on workshops, demos, and solution delivery.
