Lead client engagement for digital transformation by shaping discovery, defining opportunities, and developing business cases and roadmaps. Facilitate workshops, translate organisational challenges into actionable strategies, align stakeholders, and collaborate with architects and delivery teams to transition advisory work into execution. Support presales, early-stage delivery, and contribute thought leadership.

Design, implement and support DevOps practices to improve delivery, automation, monitoring and software quality. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes/Helm deployments, and integrations across databases and services while collaborating with stakeholders, QA, IT Ops and InfoSec.

Ensures the stability, availability, performance, and security of production systems. Provides L2 incident and technical support, monitors application and infrastructure health, performs maintenance, and supports changes, releases, deployments, and rollbacks. Maintains operational documentation and collaborates with DevSecOps, database, architecture, and operations teams. Supports middleware, APIs, messaging, identity management, web infrastructure, and content management platforms. The role is onsite or hybrid in Strasbourg with approximately 40% on-call service.
