Design end-to-end digital products and services for public- and private-sector clients. Create personas, service maps, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artefacts; lead workshops and design sprints; collaborate with researchers, developers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary agile teams; test designs with users; meet GDS standards and Service Standard requirements; and mentor other designers.

Designs, develops, tests, and supports SAP ABAP applications and customizations across ECC and S/4HANA. Builds reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and integrations; translates functional requirements into technical solutions; troubleshoots performance and production issues; creates technical documentation; and collaborates with consultants, developers, and stakeholders. The role also supports technical analysis, estimation, testing, and adoption of modern SAP technologies such as BTP, CDS Views, OData, and Fiori/UI5.

Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs, custom enhancements, interfaces, and integrations across SAP modules in S/4HANA environments. Collaborate with functional consultants, translate business requirements into technical solutions, apply SAP best practices, support pre-sales scoping, and mentor technical teams. The role requires expertise in ABAP OO, reports, enhancements, forms, SAP Fiori/UI5, data structures, and integration techniques, with SAP Workflow, PI/PO, CPI, and BTP experience preferred.
