Drive new-logo and expansion sales across the DACH region, managing the full SaaS sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through technical discussions, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account growth. Build relationships with network engineering leaders and technical users, develop outbound pipeline, collaborate with channel, customer success, and solutions engineering teams, and communicate the value of technical open-source networking products.

Own global people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exits, payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, and employee support. Administer US and international employment processes, manage PEO and EOR relationships, maintain HR data integrity, and produce workforce reporting. Partner with Finance, Legal, and People leadership on systems consolidation, compensation architecture, compliance, and automation. Improve processes using HR technology and AI while maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.

Own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, accounts payable, expenses, corporate cards, and audit readiness. Partner with the Controller and Engineering to automate Finance workflows using AI and automation tools. Evaluate and implement Finance technology, support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and complete process-improvement projects in a SaaS environment.
