Support the founding team on strategic and operational initiatives across growth, product, HR, recruiting, partnerships, and internal processes. Analyze data, build reports, research markets and competitors, coordinate cross-team projects, and execute ad-hoc initiatives. The role suits a highly analytical, organized, proactive student interested in scaling an open-source technology startup.

Work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to execute strategic projects across growth, product, operations, and fundraising. Responsibilities include recruiting operations, market and competitor research, cross-team initiative coordination, process improvement, go-to-market experimentation, and removing execution blockers. The role requires a structured, analytical generalist who can define ambiguous problems, manage multiple priorities, and deliver outcomes in a fast-growing open-source startup.

Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and IaC for globally distributed management and relay services. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement observability, lead incident response and postmortems, optimize routing and connectivity with backend teams, and build internal tooling to improve developer experience and support the open-source ecosystem.
