Design, develop, and test embedded firmware in C for ARM Cortex devices. Integrate wireless protocols (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, 802.15.4, sub‑GHz) and TCP/IP. Improve performance for memory/power constraints, enforce coding standards, implement CI/CD, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with hardware, QA, cloud, and product teams.

Support R&D Quality across firmware, cloud, and mobile applications by monitoring software quality, participating in risk analysis, ensuring traceability, updating quality processes, and promoting quality best practices across teams.

Manage a 2–6 person embedded software team, plan resources, recruit and mentor, drive Agile practices. Architect and develop firmware for constrained devices (drivers, communications, RTOS), optimize performance, reduce technical debt, and collaborate with electronics, cloud, mobile, security, and quality teams to deliver product features.
