The Billing Operations Supervisor oversees billing operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, managing a team, supporting inter-departmental coordination, and participating in financial analysis and process improvements.

Develop and implement Sage X3 functionality during ERP implementations. Create design recommendations, document solutions, estimate development effort, assist architects with design and reviews, and deliver scalable, highly available ERP components while following team standards and meeting budget targets.

Lead Sage X3 ERP implementations: gather and document functional requirements, design solutions, perform gap analysis, support testing and acceptance, manage projects, assist sales/pre-sales, and maintain client relationships. Focus on distribution/manufacturing processes, integrations (EDI), and ensuring delivery on time and budget.
