Manage quotas, pipeline, CRM data, forecasts, and account growth plans. Conduct consultative discovery and product demonstrations, develop mutual success plans, and collaborate with solution engineers, customer success, consultants, marketing, and partners to convert opportunities and expand client relationships.

Partners with sales and consulting teams to discover client needs, design tailored Rippling HR and payroll solutions, and deliver customized software demonstrations. Advises prospects on HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce automation; develops proof-of-concept solutions; collaborates with implementation teams; supports onboarding, customer enablement, webinars, and thought leadership.
