Provides remote and on-site IT support for client environments across the Raleigh-Durham area. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, servers, networks, data backups, cloud systems, operating systems, accounts, permissions, and policies. The role also installs and configures computing equipment, delivers customer service, documents work, manages tasks independently, and participates in evening and weekend on-call coverage.

Develop new and existing client relationships, prospect and qualify leads, conduct sales meetings and webinars, create proposals, negotiate pricing, close contracts, and transition prospects into implementation. The role requires meeting sales targets, communicating technical solutions to varied audiences, building an independent pipeline, and collaborating with marketing and sales support. Occasional travel to customer sites and out-of-state locations is required.
