Build and manage an exclusive regional territory of partner financial advisors to generate mortgage referrals. Serve as the mortgage specialist from first contact to funding, grow business through account management, events and lead generation, and potentially build a team over time.

Owns a mortgage origination product substream, including product vision, roadmap, prioritization, workflow requirements, regulatory considerations, release planning, UAT, and issue triage. Partners with engineering, design, QA, operations, underwriting, brokers, advisors, and compliance teams. Serves as the origination subject-matter expert while researching lending trends, regulations, competitors, and AI-enabled opportunities. Uses AI tools throughout discovery, prototyping, delivery, documentation, and measurement.

Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementations for financial-institution clients, from discovery and requirements through deployment and post-launch stabilization. Manage budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Facilitate workshops, translate business and technical requirements into delivery plans, provide stakeholder reporting, and coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations. The role also contributes to building project-management standards and delivery frameworks in an evolving organization.
