Provides end-to-end customer support through live chat, email, phone, and direct messaging. Resolves issues, communicates empathetically, develops product expertise, advocates for customers, analyzes feedback, and delivers data-driven insights to improve products, processes, and the overall customer journey. The role collaborates with operations, product, and management teams in a fast-paced, onsite NYC environment.

Lead a small procurement team to own inventory planning, forecasting, supplier strategy, and risk management. Translate sales and launch plans into purchasing decisions, improve procurement processes, oversee supplier sourcing and negotiations, coordinate production and logistics, and build dashboards and reporting to maintain visibility and operational resilience across international suppliers.

Lead and mentor a logistics team, managing international import/export operations, optimizing costs, improving processes, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
