Build and own healthcare product surfaces end to end, from user discovery and interface design through API development, deployment, measurement, and migration from Salesforce or Athena. Work across React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI on AWS, apply AI agents and LLM features, collaborate directly with clinicians and coordinators, and ensure rigorous handling of PHI, access control, and HIPAA-sensitive workflows.

Provides whole-family primary, acute, chronic, preventive, pediatric, behavioral, and social care in homes and through virtual modalities. Manages a panel of families, prescribes medications, orders and performs diagnostic testing, coordinates interdisciplinary care, educates patients, supports social-service navigation, and participates in outreach. Requires independent clinical decision-making, pediatric and adult care experience, North Carolina licensure, BLS certification, reliable transportation, and participation in a four-day, ten-hour schedule with rotating call.

Oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate schedules and backup coverage, train and onboard Medical Assistants, conduct clinical skills checkoffs, support field and office care delivery, and serve as a platform superuser. The role ensures consistent care quality, teaches primary care procedures, monitors compliance, provides feedback, and supports local clinical and operational teams.
