Lead Ness’s global cybersecurity and information security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, data protection, incident response, resilience, and security architecture. Build scalable security operating models and teams, oversee audits and regulatory requirements, establish AI security and governance frameworks for LLMs and GenAI, and advise executive leaders and strategic customers. Partner with technology, delivery, sales, legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen security posture, support customer engagements, and enable responsible business growth.

Lead 3–5 Salesforce developers while designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. Define architecture, data models, integrations, and technical approaches; troubleshoot production issues; enforce coding and architectural standards; and drive CI/CD, version control, packaging, and release processes. Partner with stakeholders and mentor developers across complex client environments.

Develop backend-focused full-stack applications using Java, Node.js, Spring, REST APIs, messaging, and data processing. Contribute to frontend development with JavaScript or TypeScript and Vue.js or React, while supporting DevOps activities. Work with cloud platforms, containers, CI tools, databases, and scalable real-time telematics applications. Collaborate with a Kosice-based team to shape technical solutions and delivery for a long-term European client.
