Partners with business leaders to align HR strategy with commercial goals across field sales, retail operations, and client services. Provides workforce planning, performance, engagement, employee relations, compliance, talent development, succession, leadership coaching, recruitment strategy, and HR systems support. Uses workforce data and analytics to identify trends and improve people initiatives. This is a maternity leave contract for up to 12 months with a hybrid schedule.
