Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting. Manage reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, compliance, and regulatory filings. Supervise and develop accounting staff, drive process and system improvements, partner cross-functionally, and support strategic planning and acquisitions.

Lead daily trailer manufacturing operations including scheduling, resource assignment, quality and safety oversight, and team coaching. Create, modify, and interpret CAD drawings; translate designs into production plans; coordinate with sales, purchasing, suppliers, and customers; support estimating and CNC/plasma operations; and drive continuous improvement while ensuring on-time delivery and workmanship.
