Own and resolve complex Tier 3 escalations for Microsoft cloud desktop environments. Perform deep root-cause analysis, collaborate with Product/Engineering, mentor Tier 1/2, manage problem tickets, and produce RCAs and knowledge-base documentation to reduce repeat issues.

Manage deal desk approvals, enforce discount and data quality policies, process and reconcile orders, maintain Salesforce contract and renewal accuracy, and own end-to-end Microsoft Marketplace private offers and troubleshooting while partnering with sales and finance to protect margins and keep deals moving.

Partner with regional sales to identify technical requirements, demonstrate Nerdio solutions (demos, on-site, webinars), support RFP/RFI responses, build ROI business cases, gather competitive intelligence, and drive complex enterprise sales opportunities for Azure/VDI solutions.
