Leads a 10+ person AI-native R&D engineering team while remaining hands-on with coding, architecture, prototypes, distributed systems, and production readiness. Owns initiatives from ambiguous requirements through implementation, evaluation, validation, documentation, and handoff. Establishes responsible AI-assisted development practices, mentors engineers, maintains high standards for security, testing, reliability, and code quality, and partners with Product, Architecture, Security, and Engineering stakeholders.

Own the operating rhythm for Nerdio’s go-to-market organization, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, metrics, and executive reporting. Partner with the President and cross-functional leaders to execute strategy, improve processes, track commitments, and drive accountability. Prepare executives for customer and partner engagements, provide revenue and budget insights, and support AI and technology enablement. The role requires strong judgment, executive presence, analytical ability, commercial acumen, discretion, and the ability to influence across teams.

Enterprise Sales Engineer responsible for identifying customer technical requirements, demonstrating Nerdio solutions, supporting complex sales cycles, developing ROI business cases, managing RFP/RFI responses, and communicating customer needs to engineering teams. The role requires strong Microsoft Azure, virtual desktop, infrastructure, networking, and security knowledge, along with technical presentation, problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaborative sales skills.
