Produce and source-manage XML structured content, collaborate with designers and engineers, support localization and publishing, and use AI tools and scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) to automate documentation processes.

Manage and grow relationships with MSP partners to identify, demo, and close opportunities for Nerdio products (AVD, Windows 365). Conduct technical demos, drive pipeline and forecasts, use CRM for opportunity management, mine prospects from conferences/LinkedIn/cold calls, and meet sales targets.

The Support Engineer assists IT professionals by providing technical support and guidance on Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft cloud technologies. Responsibilities include onboarding, issue resolution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
