Teams at NEPC, LLC

Support OCIO trading operations including trade communication, cash and positions reconciliations, trade acknowledgement and settlement for mutual funds, ETFs, commingled funds, hedge funds, private equity and SMAs. Monitor capital calls/distributions, prepare transaction forms, estimate valuations/proxy pricing for alternatives, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements. Interface with asset managers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams, and assist on special projects to improve operational efficiency.

Monitor, investigate, and triage security alerts and vulnerabilities; coordinate remediation with IT and stakeholders; document investigations and maintain risk register; support vulnerability management, audit evidence, compliance (Reg S-P), and security governance activities.

Provide advanced desktop and collaboration support across Microsoft technologies; troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and A/V systems; manage device lifecycle, ticket queue, vendor coordination, and documentation; contribute to endpoint compliance, knowledge base, and rollout projects with occasional after-hours support.
