Support RFP and marketing operations by entering opportunities in Backstop CRM, maintaining the marketing sample library, updating PowerPoint slides, coordinating presentations and print instructions, managing portal access/passwords, preparing monthly and quarterly update emails and reports, handling ad hoc biography and slide requests, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Support OCIO trading operations including trade communication, cash and positions reconciliations, trade acknowledgement and settlement for mutual funds, ETFs, commingled funds, hedge funds, private equity and SMAs. Monitor capital calls/distributions, prepare transaction forms, estimate valuations/proxy pricing for alternatives, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements. Interface with asset managers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams, and assist on special projects to improve operational efficiency.

Lead discovery, define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support implementation across business, IT, and data teams. Drive process redesign, testing (UAT), change management, and stakeholder alignment to deliver scalable operational improvements and governance.
