The Engineer in Charge oversees technical operations for remote productions, managing crew coordination, equipment maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Lead on-site delivery of live event audio-visual projects: interpret client requirements, create quotes and project plans, allocate equipment and crew, control costs and profitability, manage risks and safety, maintain client relationships and CRM, reconcile invoicing, and provide out-of-hours support and travel as required.
