As a Broadcast Engineer, you will ensure technical quality in production setups, manage equipment, and support both team collaboration and client communications.

Designs and implements platform security across Kubernetes and hybrid infrastructure, including SIEM, microsegmentation, access controls, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and observability. Integrates security into CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows, leads remediation after audits and penetration tests, and aligns platform controls with enterprise policies and compliance frameworks. Collaborates with IT Security, SREs, and infrastructure teams to maintain secure, reliable, and resilient platforms.

Prepare, configure, calibrate, and maintain broadcast facilities and equipment for live productions. Monitor program signals, troubleshoot and repair technical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support system planning, documentation, and testing. The role requires expertise in outside broadcast workflows, signal flow, broadcast routers, vision mixers, IP networking, and SMPTE ST 2110. It also involves taking technical responsibility for productions, working with clients and production teams, and mentoring junior engineering staff.
