Build, maintain, and optimize responsive Webflow websites from design handoffs through launch. Manage site architecture, CMS structures, custom interactions, animations, integrations, SEO, page speed, Core Web Vitals, staging workflows, and publishing. Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership on landing pages and campaigns, troubleshoot browser issues, document systems, and maintain reusable components while independently managing multiple projects.

Own NeoWork’s visual identity across landing pages, sales collateral, social media, and other brand touchpoints. Lead visual storytelling, maintain brand consistency, design for conversion, manage competing requests, and collaborate with leadership, growth, and marketing. The role requires independent project management, strong communication, and proficiency in Figma, with Webflow and motion or video skills preferred.

Own the inbound sales cycle for an enterprise partner, responding to qualified leads, conducting independent sales conversations, qualifying prospects, handling objections, recommending deal strategies, maintaining accurate HubSpot records, and converting leads into closed deals. The role targets 3–5 closed deals monthly and requires strong communication, speed, pipeline discipline, and independent judgment.
