Manage and support Sapio LIMS implementation and operation: installation, configuration, architecture, Oracle DB queries/troubleshooting, Crystal Reports, L1-L3 support, change management, vendor/infra liaison, and documentation for users and support teams.

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 sales management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Implement automations and integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, and support deployments and maintenance. Role is mid-to-senior level, requires advanced English; Monterrey hybrid or remote for other locations.
