Manage day-to-day operational tasks for a portfolio of venture capital firms and operating companies: client account management, compliance filing tracking and submissions, vendor and state-agency coordination, invoice reconciliation, and ad hoc operational support. Maintain organized records, monitor filing deadlines and state requirements, improve internal processes, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely client results.

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes. Implement and optimize data storage and processing on BigQuery/GCP, ensure data quality and monitoring, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help launch data-driven tools.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions using Python and GCP/BigQuery. Ensure data quality, optimize storage and processing, support new data products, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with the CTO and team.
