Manage new-client onboarding from kickoff through launch and handoff. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, creating onboarding plans, coordinating internal teams, tracking milestones and dependencies, validating documentation, arranging account setup and training, maintaining CRM and project records, resolving escalations, and improving onboarding processes and materials.

Own the configuration rules layer for a healthcare operations platform. Build and maintain knowledge-base rules, workflow stages, validations, defaults, SLAs, gates, and follow-up protocols. Triage configuration issues, test and version changes, validate data with SQL, maintain audit trails, coordinate schema needs with engineering, measure automation outcomes, and write SOPs and training materials for analysts.
