Leads governance, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery for enterprise revenue cycle management platforms. Manages RCM technology initiatives, automation and AI programs, stakeholder relationships, vendors, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting. Oversees a team and coordinates cross-functional delivery through the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, quality expectations, and the Digital Technology Services roadmap.

Provides onsite administrative, workplace, facilities, and operational support for a healthcare laboratory site. Responsibilities include visitor and vendor coordination, facility access and security procedures, workspace and reservation management, mail distribution, event and meeting support, supply replenishment, site tours, leadership meeting administration, and operational reporting. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Provides regional client success, sales support, training, and application assistance for a cancer reference laboratory. Coordinates client onboarding, account setup, LIS access, online ordering, issue resolution, case monitoring, and sales processes. Maintains productivity and quality metrics, communicates testing information to technical and non-technical audiences, supports regional meetings, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and IT. The hybrid role requires travel of up to 20%, including occasional overnight travel.
