Lead risk-based financial, operational, and SOX audits across global operations. Plan and execute audit procedures, prepare workpapers and reports, test controls, partner with stakeholders to assess risks, use data analytics and audit tools to identify control gaps, and support international audits, follow-ups, and investigations.

Generate and quality-check internal and external reports, process customer data requests, manage Salesforce cases, troubleshoot data issues, update LIMS/genomics systems, handle sample pull orders, maintain parentage permission records, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to meet customer data needs.

Lead site quality operations and the site Quality Management System. Oversee audits, root cause investigations, CAPA, supplier quality, validations, and product launches. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and R&D. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing quality team while driving continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
