Leads a multidisciplinary systems engineering team developing and sustaining complex instrumentation products. Responsibilities include system architecture, requirements and traceability, interface management, integration, verification and validation, design risk management, technical decision-making, lifecycle governance, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager also coaches mechanical and electrical engineers, scales systems engineering practices, supports new product development and manufacturing transfer, and resolves system-level technical issues.

Leads software and firmware delivery for regulated instrumentation products. Coordinates engineering teams and external partners across requirements, development, integration, verification, release readiness, and sustaining engineering. Manages dependencies among software, firmware, hardware, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and service teams. Maintains traceability, risk management, change control, documentation, and compliance with regulated development processes while coordinating releases and resolving cross-functional delivery issues.
