Develops territory sales plans, builds relationships with livestock producers, distributors, and influencers, manages customer support and market intelligence, represents the company at industry events, maintains CRM records, supports forecasting and budgeting, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and commercial teams. Extensive weekly travel and overnight stays are required.

Manage strategic food processor and contract laboratory accounts across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Build customer relationships, develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, conduct business reviews, monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored food safety solutions and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Coordinates equipment support intake, work orders, maintenance and calibration schedules, vendor services, installations, audits, SOPs, compliance activities, and operational projects. Maintains equipment records, performance metrics, dashboards, timelines, and documentation while coordinating across laboratory operations, quality, facilities, procurement, vendors, and leadership. Supports continuous improvement and operational readiness.
