Lead presales engagements with enterprise customers by understanding requirements, designing Neo4j-based solution architectures, building prototypes, conducting demonstrations and workshops, and guiding proof-of-value initiatives. Partner with account executives and technical stakeholders to communicate business value, ensure integration into customer environments, and support adoption throughout the customer lifecycle. Apply expertise in databases, NoSQL, programming, graph technologies, AI architectures, and complex enterprise IT environments.

Partners with sales teams to manage the technical sales cycle for Neo4j’s graph platform in financial services and insurance. Leads discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, solution architecture, technical evaluations, sizing, and customer workshops. Advises technical and business stakeholders, integrates Neo4j with cloud or on-premise environments, communicates customer feedback internally, supports demand-generation events, and travels as needed to help close opportunities.

Develop and optimize Neo4j’s Cypher query planner and database codebase, spanning parsing, execution planning, storage files, and indexes. Build language and database features, improve performance through profiling and benchmarking, and reason about algorithmic tradeoffs and edge cases. Collaborate within an Agile distributed team using practices such as TDD, Kanban, Scrum, and pair programming.
